1. Service Overview
Fluxr enables voucher-based airtime and data transfers locally and internationally through USSD flows and partner networks.
2. Eligibility and User Responsibility
You must provide accurate details when transacting. You are responsible for entering the correct recipient number and voucher details.
3. Voucher Usage and Limits
Only supported voucher types and destinations are accepted. Availability of bundles and rates may vary by country, network, and provider rules.
4. Transaction Completion
A transaction is treated as completed when the provider confirms successful delivery. Confirmation is communicated via USSD and/or SMS.
5. Liability and Support
Fluxr provides support for eligible failed or delayed transactions. Liability is limited to the voucher value used, subject to verification.
